This implementation included the enforcement of practices published by organizations such as NPMA and ASTM, and resulted in the rationalization of full lifecycle asset acquisition, management, upkeep, aging, and disposition. The engagement instituted practices and systems in preventative maintenance, contractor management, critical asset up time, and warranty compliance; all with the intent to lengthen the lifecycle of a property and in turn maximize the ROI on the affected asset. |

Business practices and information technology alignment assessment was performed for one of the nation's top 10 gas utilities. This engagement enabled the utility to gauge the reliability of its IT assets in facilitating the execution of value chain processes. The end result was a strategic business and technology alignment initiative to upgrade disfunctional systems. Among the IT and infrastructure systems upgraded were applications such as ERP, CAD, GIS; Pipeline Management; Procurement, Storage, Distribution; Automated Metering; Critical Asset Tracking and Emergency Management. |

handheld applications, and developed the first Location Based Service
covering DC in 2000. We have developed Mobile Workforce Applications for
Real Estate, Public Works, Construction, and the Military. In fact, TechUnity has the
ability to develop applications for almost any handheld device and operating
system, and has delivered applications on Blackberry, iPhone, Palm Pre;
covering Windows Mobile, Symbian, webOS, Android, and others. |

One of the nation's top developers of software for the agriculture industry
has secured TechUnity as its exclusive development partner. TechUnity is
presently engage with this client developing a comprehensive suite of
software modules for major crop producers. Among the modules being developed
are Supply Chain, Bill of Material, Land Management, GIS, Crop Care,
Harvesting, Pack and Ship, Grower Accounting, Contract Management, Field
Time, etc. Some of these modules were geared to the citrus industry, and are
now being adapted to international grain and wine producers.

Radiology and Cancer Treatment |

Healthcare reform has attained significant support within Congress, and NIH
has increased its spending accordingly. One of TechUnity's clients is a
major provider of radiology software for managing CT, MRI, SPECT, PET,
and Ultrasound; supporting complex DICOM-RT data types and Brachytherapy
techniques. TechUnity is working with this client to develop next generation
Radiation Therapy Planning Software for managing Low and High Dosage
Radiation Treatment for Cancer, which will be tested at institutions such as
Johns Hopkins Research Center and the National Institute of Health.

Capacity management review was performed for a top 20 water utility in the
Mid-West. The review stressed tested the utility's ability to satisfy the
increasing demand for water by a population of over 2 million. Operational
and control systems that are critical to the sourcing, treatment, storage,
and distribution of water were analyzed to establish vulnerabilities in
personnel, processes, software, hardware, and infrastructure. A $1.5
million overhaul implemented the redundancy and fault tolerance needed to
increase overall system flexibility to sustain peak demands while minimizing
critical failures. |

A top organizer of public events in Europe engaged TechUnity to develop an enterprise
Promotion and Event Management system. The system facilitates the promotion and
management of world class events such as Formula 1 Racing FIA, European Soccer UEFA,
International Swimming Championship FINA, Concert Tours, and others. Promoters and Event
Managers across EU states are able to share resources under a single umbrella, resulting in
greater economies of scale and scope. This client is now able to reach larger audiences,
execute across national boundaries, and increase revenue while lowering cost. |

TechUnity developed the next generation of a Golf Course and Country Club
Management System which is the most heavily used software as a service
(SaaS) country club system in the east coast. The system runs as a hosted
enterprise solution enabling major Country Clubs to manage schedules,
packages, reservations, special events, and promotions. The SOA
architecture creates a seamless interface with most reservation systems used
in the travel and entertainment industry, and is capable of organizing group
packages that encompass multiple reservations while spanning multiple
events. |

TechUnity has developed and implemented application systems for selected manufacturers in
industries such as Machinery, Paper, Auto, and Semiconductor. Among the systems
implemented are Supply Chain, Bill of Material, Manufacturing Control, Shipping, and
Logistics. TechUnity is presently aiding some of these clients to deal with the economic
downturn through initiatives in cost containment, waste reduction and reusability, energy
management, alliance channels; and has become a thought leader in areas such as ISO 9000,
Six Sigma, Global Sourcing, and Carbon Credit/Offset. |

A Point of Sales (POS) product was enhanced through added functionality and
platform upgrade and is presently maintained as an ongoing engagement. This
software product is installed at over 50 major national stadiums and arenas,
can accommodate concession sales by most hospitality operators, and is
fitted with sophisticated gift card processing which can be combined with
discounts and promotions. The system is now present at most large
entertainment and sporting venues and the third generation is being
developed to include touch screen kiosks which enable patrons to perform
self checkout. |

Geographic Information Systems are now more applicable to map based
applications as the prices of GIS tools continue to decrease and broadband
speed continues to increase. TechUnity has worked on Web based GIS
applications for Oil and Gas, Land Management, and Utilities using tools
such as Google Earth, Microsoft Virtual Earth, ArcGIS, and ESRI. One of our
R&D centers has developed pluggable GIS modules to address complex overlay
issues relating to Disambiguation and Clustering, and these modules are
presently being applied to handle complex data representation challenges in
Agriculture. |

TechUnity completed the development of a large scale enterprise Retail
Management System that is among the top 5 RMS products in the European market.
This enterprise product can handle any number of
languages, currencies, and tax systems; and is independently rated as
superior to the Microsoft 2009 RMS POS software product. The system is
installable as an enterprise suite connecting local stores to regional
stores, connecting regional stores to country territory, and finally
consolidating to the corporate level, all of which may be operating across
languages, currencies, and tax systems. |

This is a highly secure and reliable service that enforces encryption,
